【瘦身营养菜谱】pine nut recipe 松仁玉米

功效:减肥瘦身 三高调养 

原料:松仁;胡萝卜;豌豆;甜玉米粒;黄瓜;葱蒜末

调料:盐;鸡精;

Ingredients: Pine nuts; carrot; peas; sweet corn kernels; cucumber; late onion and garlic.

Seasoning:  Salt; chicken;

步骤与做法:Steps and practices:

1、胡萝卜、黄瓜切成和豌豆大小相仿的粒;
2、热锅温油炒香葱蒜末,倒入各种蔬菜粒翻炒,加适量黑胡椒粉、盐、鸡精、少许生抽调味;想学做菜吗?...
3、松子仁小火炒香,防止炒糊(松仁富含油质,所以这道菜尽量少放油);
4、最后撒上炒熟的松子仁炒匀即可。
